Where is my tea sourced from?
All the teas are sourced directly from tea gardens in Darjeeling, Foothills of Darjeeling and Assam.
How long will it take to dispatch my teas?
Freshest teas are sourced from various tea gardens. So once you order teas from us we ship it within 2 days (90% of all orders, provided a fresh blend of teas is ready. Otherwise, it may take up to 5 days for shipping as fresh teas need to sourced from tea gardens and then sent to you.
What are the different packaging sizes available??-
- For CTC Tea (Chai) we have 3 packaging sizes of 200gm, 400gm and 800gm. We offer a discounted price on higher / bulk packaging due to saving made in packaging costs.
- For Black Orthodox, Green, White, Floral and Herbal tea we have 3 packaging sizes of 25gm, 50gm,100gm (Tea Specific)
- We also have 15pcs Pyramid Tea Bags for Different Teas,

Why Don't You Sell Much Scented Tea?
Scented teas were a product of necessity in the 1600s to 1700s when teas were often spoiled from long periods required to transport them from China to Europe. These spoiled teas often required scent added (such as Bergamot oil in Earl Grey), or blending with other teas for it to be consumable. Today, our teas are shipped fresh and plantation direct, often by airfreight so that teas harvested one week can reach you by the next, eliminating such unnatural and diluting additives.
What Is Blending, and Why do we Blend Teas we offer?
Blending is a mix of different teas and flavors together. As we have mentioned in our blog and it is our TEASENSE that has given us an understanding that no teas which are produced in tea gardens are perfect. Teas from some gardens will have more aromas and some will have a distinct flavor. It is our understanding of these characteristics of teas that have helped us in TASTEFULLY CURATING BLENDS from the finest gardens to give to you a PERFECT BLEND of aroma, flavor and freshness. Only Top Quality teas are blended to make the most superior teas that we offer.
How Should I Store My Tea Once I Receive It?
Tea is an agricultural product and should be enjoyed as close to harvest time as possible. If you plan to store your tea, please keep it in a light and watertight container, preferably made of ceramic or metal. We provide moisture and air protection zip lock bags in all retail boxes. Cut open the vacuum-sealed pouch and store teas immediately in zip lock bags for freshness.
Does Tea Expire??
Tea loses its freshness over time. It does not expire
Can I avail multiples discounts on one order??
Discounts cannot be combined. You can use one discount code only at a time. Promotional discounts cannot be used in tandem with loyalty rewards discounts.
How do I make the perfect cup of tea?
You’ve come to the right place! Depending on the tea type and ingredients, we recommend different brewing times and temperatures to make sure the flavors are just right. You can find our recommended brewing instructions on the brewing guide. Additionally, we provide a recipe card in the retail box. If you have any special recipe, please don’t hesitate to share with us on the brewing guide page.
What is the cost of shipping to my location?
India
For shipping teas to India, the partner shipping company charges anything between Rs 50 – Rs 100 per shipment based on your order. This will be reflected when you checkout. Additional COD charges will be added if payment is to be made in cash. Prepaid Shipping is, however, free when the total value of a purchase is above Rs 399.00
